GALVESTON – A lawsuit focusing on a forklift collision at a Galveston cruise terminal was reportedly settled.

According to recent Galveston County court records, plaintiff Mary Moses and defendant Suderman’s Contracting Stevedores Inc. reached a settlement on Dec. 19, 2013.
