Our Leadership

Justin Sadaphal is the Vice President of Burns & Wilcox Canada and has been with the organization since 2015. In this role, Justin works closely with the Managing Director to set the strategic direction for their region including recruiting and developing talent, supporting sales and marketing, identifying and strengthening key relationships and driving profitability.

With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Justin has led several successful change management initiatives at Burns & Wilcox Canada and served in various capacities including National Operations and Sales Manager and Director of National Operations. Prior to joining the company, Justin worked at Northbridge Insurance for more than six years as a Property & Casualty underwriter, business analyst and senior sales and distribution analyst.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McMaster University. He obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP) in 2010, and the Certified Risk Management (CRM) designation from the Global Risk Management Institute in 2011. Additionally, Justin became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) in 2013 to further his understanding of operations and accounting. His accolades include the Burns & Wilcox’s Distinguished Service Award in both 2015 and 2016 and the 2018 Young Guns Award from Insurance Business Canada.
