She works closely with underwriting teams, broker partners, and strategic markets to enhance product offerings, strengthen distribution partnerships, and deliver exceptional service. A passionate advocate for innovation, she collaborates with insurers to develop and refine specialty homeowners products that address evolving market needs and provide Canadian brokers with unique coverage solutions.

Michelle has completed both the Kaufman Emerging Leaders Program and the Kaufman International Leaders Training (KILT) in London, England, further strengthening her leadership and global business acumen.
